HCM Cloud/Time and Labor/Functional-OTL

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an HCM Cloud/Time and Labor/Functional expert. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our HCM Cloud Time and Labor module. You will work closely with our HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure that our time and labor processes are streamlined and efficient.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of the HCM Cloud Time and Labor module, including configuration, testing, and training.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Configure time and labor rules, policies, and workflows to meet business needs.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM Cloud Time and Labor module.

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to ensure system uptime.

Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements and recommend best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Time and Labor module with other HCM modules and third-party systems.

Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, training materials, and user guides.

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor module.

Strong understanding of time and labor management processes and best practices.

Experience with HCM Cloud implementation and configuration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
