Job Description:

As an HCM Cloud/Core HR Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM Cloud solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with technical teams, conducting workshops, configuring applications, and providing post-implementation support.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience 10 years working as an HCM Cloud/Core HR Functional Consultant or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HCM Cloud platforms.

Strong understanding of Core HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, organizational management, and workforce administration.

Proficiency in configuring HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management.

Experience with HCM Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.

Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
