Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.

Knowledge on HCM extracts, Fusion Flexfields customization.

Solid expertise in SQL specially on Reports.

Hands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.

Experience on integration of Recruitment module with external sourcing sites

Analyze requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.

Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.

Knowledge in CSS, to customize External Career Sites

Knowledge in Journeys (Onboarding)

Should have knowledge in basic Core HR configurations

In-depth knowledge of the Recruit to Hire process

Should have knowledge in implementing Out of the Box Integrations with assessment vendors and LinkedIn

Should have idea on auto progression rules for CSPs using Fast Formulas

Having experience in other ATSs like Oracle Taleo would be considered as an advantage

Experience in handling clients across multiple geographies

Should have good Client Negotiation skills

Candidate should have knowledge of Migration activities

Addition module experience on one or more modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, HR Helpdesk, Talent Mgmt, etc. is preferred.
