Job Description

Role-Peoplesoft Financials Consultant

100% Remote........Working hours- 2:00 PM IST- 10:00 PM IST

Position Qualifications:

  • 5 years of ERP experience as an ERP Functional Experience in Financials - Purchasing and Payables
  • 3 years of experience working with ERP Financials applications – Order To Cash - Order Management, Billing, eBill. Payment, and Accounts Receivable

Professional Skills:

  • Ability to effectively write functional requirements, use cases, and other analysis/design artifacts (user stories, storyboards, screen prototypes, etc.)
  • Knowledge of relational databases, database tools and database design
  • Knowledge of integration tools and design methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

Strategy:

  • Represent the business community during analysis, requirements and development phases
  • Elicit, analyze, document, review, and receive approval for defined business requirements
  • Create use cases/user stories and all modeling artifacts as needed
  • Schedule requirements reviews with the Development and QA teams as needed
  • Perform system feature demonstrations as needed
  • Conduct and complete fit/gap analysis and prototype sessions
  • Proactively identify new features and functions to improve business processes
  • Field system functionality questions received from the Volt community in a timely manner
  • Notify management of any issues or target date dependencies/slippages
  • Perform testing to ensure requirements are satisfied by proposed solution and address any issues discovered

Collaboration:

  • Meet with the business to understand their business needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues during requirements definition, design, and all other phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Support developers during the development and implementation phases
  • Work with management to ascertain priorities, review documentation, and provide status
