Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, ensuring its availability and reliability.
- 24/7 monitoring of the solution to ensure high availability, implement and manage monitoring to proactively identify and address any system issues.
- Respond to and resolve operational incidents related to SailPoint IdentityNow promptly within the agreed SLA and ensure little to no impact to client business.
- Manage and maintain the configuration of SailPoint IdentityNow, including connectors, workflows, roles, and policies.
- Investigate and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Keep the SailPoint IdentityNow on-prem components up to date by applying patches, updates, and enhancements as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, application, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless IAM integration and alignment with business needs.
- Manage and administer the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, including user provisioning, access requests, certifications, and integrations with other systems.
- Onboarding of new applications into the SailPoint IdentityNow environment, ensuring seamless integration and access control.
- Monitor the status of scheduled jobs within SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring that critical processes are executed successfully.
- Develop and maintain reports on the health and performance of SailPoint IdentityNow, providing insights into system status and areas for improvement.
- Support on-call duties on a rotational basis to provide support outside of regular business hours, ensuring timely response to critical incidents.
- Support North American and European clients, working in their respective time zones.
- Provide input to functional and technical design where required.
- Work closely with the project manager and engagement manager to deliver tasks on time and with high quality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production.
- Support closure of IAM-related support tickets in alignment with agreed metrics.
- Manage vendor technical support, contract maintenance, product enhancement requests, and corrective actions.
- Quality assurance checks for enhancements and updates
Desired Technical Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow administration and operations.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, IAM technologies, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityNow, including connectors, workflows, and scripts.
- Experience with integration of SailPoint IdentityNow with various systems and applications.
- Application onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration and access control.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityNow certified engineer/professional
- Experience working with API’s, JSON required, PowerShell preferred.
