Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ administration, along with 1+ years of experience in an end user support role. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a project management framework. This role requires adaptability to the shifting needs of the business and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ platform, including configuration, customization, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide end user support and training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CPQ.
- Work within a project management framework to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ configuration and functionality.
- Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of Salesforce CPQ administration experience.
- 1+ years of experience in an end user support role.
- Experience working within a project management framework.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt based on the shifting needs of the business.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment preferred.
A Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred
