We are looking for an SAP Fiori Consultant (m/f/d) Testmanagement & Training in the area of purchasing
Project details: Implementation PR creation and approval workflow process in SAP FIORI
Roll-out of a standardized PR creation and approval workflow using SAP FIORI apps incl. test management, data preparation. Goal is the successful roll-out of defined PR process in defined European countries (business go-live).
This project is part of a global P2P project with the aim to globally standardized the P2P process. Currently local entities using different solutions. For production entities and big sales entities ARIBA Guided Buying is used but for midsize and small Sales entities a SAP Fiori workflow is defined.
work package 1: Test Management
Review and update of current test plan and defined process in SAP FIORI.
• Meetings are coordinated with testing group (blocker for testers+ regular alignment calls weekly)
• Test cases from test plan are introduced to testing group
• Test cases from test plan are discussed+ issue resolution successfully performed
• Additional issue resolution meetings with purchasing are organized if needed
• The status of the testing is documented and tracked/monitored according time schedule
• Test cases from test plan are successfully completed
work package 2: User trainings according to defined roll-out plan
Review and update of existing training materials. Performing (online) end-user trainings.
• training documentation is updated (according design/ local requirements)
• Approvers are trained
• PR creators are trained
Must-have skills:
- SAP Fiori in the area of purchasing, esp. Purchase Requisitions
- Project management skills
- English speaking
Should-have skills:
- SAP GUI in the area of purchasing, esp. Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order creation
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
