Role - Service Mapping Expert / ServiceNow

Must be available in US time for at least half the shift i.e 4 hours. (i.e. 9:30 pm - 1:30 am IST for meetings) .......... Position is 100% remote.

 And candidate needs to work in CST time zone (Working time hrs: 9 am - 5 pm CST)

Candidate needs to provide 2 references at the time of submission.

Skills -

Our client is in need of  a ‘Service Mapping Expert’ for ServiceNow. They are looking for someone who has experience with full-scale implementation of the product for zero to completion as well as maintenance of the product after it goes live.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in the business application terminology required for product and a good communicator.
• Must have hands-on experience with CSDM
• Must have at least a basic understanding of the agile processes
• Construction industry domain experience is highly preferred.
