Role- Regulatory Compliance Analyst – AI Powered SaaS Platform
100% Remote.
Need to work in IST time hours starting from 7:00 PM IST
NOTE - Positions require a strong understanding and experience working with IRS and DOL regulations. They must have experience with at least one of those government agencies, with regard to knowledge of their regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance analysis, market research, or a related
field. Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred. Experience with compliance, RegTech, or
FinTech is a plus.
● Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements,
specifically from the IRS, DOL, and similar agencies. Proficiency in research methodologies and
data analysis.
● Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex
regulatory data and provide actionable insights.
● Writing Skills: Proven ability to draft clear, well-structured, and persuasive position papers and
reports. Strong written communication skills.
● Software Understanding: Ability to quickly become proficient in understanding our software
solutions and how regulatory changes impact them.
● Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to
integrate research findings into strategic decisions.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or
relevant certifications are a plus.
