.Net Architect

TITLE: Lead Software Developer 

Summary: 

The TechLead/Architect is a hands-on Senior Software Engineer role responsible for helping with technical direction. This individual must be able to define best practices for complex solutions and develop migration of existing on-premise applications to cloud native architectures.  This individual must also have strong consultative and communication skills.  The individual will work with different stakeholders. 

Candidate should have deep experience on projects with complex designs / architectures and interfaces especially with azure cloud Azure cloud native, services, docker/containers, scalability in every aspect of the system, performance, problem solving etc.

The candidate should have full-stack experience but more solid backend and some familiarity on the front-end but will be helpful as well (like Angular/web Apps, front end App performance aspects etc.).

 Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of experience in software development with significant expertise in Azure cloud, DevOps, microservices, C#/.NET development, and SQL Server.
• Strong focus on backend architecture, with a broad understanding of full-stack development.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in Agile practices and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Ability to drive cloud transformations, architect scalable and performant solutions, and ensure smooth deployments in a cloud environment.

Pluses

• Background in Technical Design/Lead/Software Architect work
• Previous Oil and Gas industry experience
