Job Description

Job Title - Automation Engineer (Night Shift)

Key Technologies: DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA, related software

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science, Bio-Process Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in automation within life sciences manufacturing.

    • Proficiency in programming and configuring control systems (DeltaV, PLCs, SCADA).

    • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve system performance issues.

    • Experience in developing and executing validation protocols.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Hands-on knowledge of DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA, and related software.

    • Familiarity with programming and control logic for various automation platforms.

    • Understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently during night shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with robotics and advanced automation technologies.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for industrial control systems.

  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and methodologies.
