Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced **ENDUR Security Business Analyst (BA)** to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders

to manage, optimize, and ensure the security of the ENDUR system, an enterprise-level Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platform.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of the ENDUR application, security configuration, and industry best practices in system security and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Security Management: Ensure the security and integrity of the ENDUR system, managing user access, privileges, and role-based access control (RBAC) settings.
- Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements related to security, user management, and compliance for the ENDUR platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with trading, risk management, IT, and compliance teams to design and implement secure system configurations that meet business needs.
- Solution Design: Analyze business and system processes to recommend secure and scalable solutions in the ENDUR environment.
- System Configuration: Assist in configuring security settings, including permission sets, roles, and data access within ENDUR, ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, NIST) related to trading and risk management systems.
- Testing and Validation: Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of security configurations, ensuring appropriate access controls and segregation of duties.
- Incident Management: Investigate and resolve security incidents or breaches related to the ENDUR platform.
- Documentation: Maintain and update documentation, including security processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on security processes and access management within the ENDUR system.
