Job Description

IT Business Operations Analyst

support IT management by managing departmental operations, including financial processes and cross-team deliverables. This role focuses on accurately reviewing and processing IT invoices, collaborating with Accounts Payable, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Additionally, the Analyst will assist with ad hoc projects such as organizational updates, reporting, project coordination, and process improvements, while leveraging strong communication, Excel, and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, financial management, or project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and financial software.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in IT finance, vendor management, or AP reconciliation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or IT financial management tools.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
