Business Analyst
he role involves performing senior-level business analysis to gather and document user requirements, improve existing systems, and develop new ones. Using Agile and Scrum methodologies, the candidate will manage the full SDLC for assigned application changes and oversee complex project deliverables, such as charters, test plans, and risk assessments.
The responsibilities include facilitating meetings, training, and status reporting to stakeholders, analyzing program policies, maintaining requirements repositories, and recommending business process automation. The role also requires consulting on application analysis, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and vendor relationship management.
