The End User Productivity (EUP) Platform Business Analyst works in conjunction with EUP Team leadership to manage change in Office 365 applications. They are responsible for driving adoption of core Office 365 functionality, such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, as well as introducing new productivity and automation and generative AI (artificial intelligence) tools, when applicable. This individual will focus on change management, building our network of Microsoft 365 Champions, managing application updates and releases, training, marketing and other areas that will help our internal users adopt technologies.

Duties/Day to Day Overview
|
- Manage business relationship and deliver activities, training, and communications to our Office 365 Champions, as well as onboard and manage interactions with our membership
- Track, analyze, and manager all updates and enhancement communications of Microsoft 365 apps
- Manage End User Productivity Viva Engage Community and all other forms of communication, including global email communications and intranet communications
- Manage and create SharePoint site and documentation for Microsoft 365 applications
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts regarding Office 365 usage
- Track and report on Microsoft 365 usage to leadership
- Manage overall demand management for new project requests and determine the best solution for new requests
- Possess project management skills to transition the aforementioned tasks and responsibilities from the research phase to the relevant stakeholders
