Job Description

Job Titl - Supply Chain Data Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
    • Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BI.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to assist in the development, refinement and execution of processes and procedures in support of the Supply Chain KPI Dashboard.
  • Procedure Writing and Documentation:
    • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to gather requirements and ensure the KPI dashboard meets organizational needs.
    • Assist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
    • Basic experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
    • Proficient in SAP for supply chain management.
    • Experience as a contract specialist, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
    • Experience in inventory management a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
    • Proficiency in SAP.
    • Basic proficiency in Power BI.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in procedure writing.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Energy industry.
