Job Title: HEDIS Coordinator/Analyst

Job Summary:

The HEDIS Coordinator/Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) reporting process. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and submitting HEDIS data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improving the quality of care provided to members. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare data analysis, a strong understanding of HEDIS measures, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and internal teams.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or quality management, preferably with a focus on HEDIS.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and healthcare data management tools.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Certifications:

  •  Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other relevant certification is a plus.
