*** We need: Looking for an Analyst that has experience in ecommerce specifically when orders are initiated via social media (Tik Tok, X, Meta, etc) and processed on the ecomm provider platform . (THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING POSITION TO INCRESE SALES, IT IS TROUBLE SHOOTING ECOMMERCE TRANSACTIONS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA (ALMOST QA)) This person is involved with understanding the order flow from order conception in social all the way through completion (warehouse fulfillment). The role will be able to troubleshoot or at least work with others tech groups to resolve issues that come up.
An example would be an order initiated via Instagram get hung-up in a particular part of the process…..troubleshooting to push it through and determine what issue is. No specific technology tools are noted, but must come from e-comm, understand APIs and how things are connected and of course the main social media platforms. ***CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ECOMMERCE ORDERS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA. THEY MUST BE ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT AN ORDER FROM SOCIAL MEDIA TO THE COMPANIES ECOMMERCE PLATFORM.
