Job Description

Title: L2 Support 

Day to Day: 

Executive Support there are about 1-2 executives that are consistently onsite however biggest Executive support is when there are big board meetings and everyone flies out to office 

Supporting Internal users no external support 

Using Auto Pilot building Machines if needed 

Technologies: 3 years experience 

MS Intune – working knowledge must be strong

Azure (Not open to seeing AWS or other clouds) 

Mobile Device Hands on Experience in Apple

Ticketing System ( they are on service now but they are moving towards a customer ticketing system so any ticketing system experience is okay) 

Voice Over IP (If they have 8X8 Bonus)

Soft Skills

Must have LI profile Pictures needs to be physically presentable they are in front of executives 

Need to have a good personality and good communication skills (some of the people they interviewed had personalities that did not match team )

Job Description: 

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Extremely organized with great attention to detail.

Self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience: 

Knowledge of current networking protocols and standards

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues

Knowledge of network technologies and topologies, TCP/IP based routing and switching, firewalls, and IDS/IPS

Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS and Azure

Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ticket or support software (such as ServiceNow)

Linux and Windows-based servers, VMWare and associated hardware

Office 365, SharePoint, Citrix Certifications such as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V), or Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect (AWS CSA)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; may fluctuate based on business needs.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 50-70 pounds at times
