Tasks
- Assist with implementation of the client's e-File application, and help end users navigate learning and using the system post-go-live.
- Interface with client IT team on incidents and problems that need higher level technical support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to learn client e-Filing application, and other client specific line of business technologies, with the aim of supporting business users in their day-to-day use of the system.
Environment: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, JAVS, BIS, MiFile.
Skills Required
- 3-5 years - Experience resolving technical issues
- 3-5 years - Experience supporting users
- 3-5 years - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
- 3-5 years - Experience with Adobe Acrobat
