Job Description

2 Positons

As an Information Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients and end-users. & auditing Office Equipment ( AV equipment)

You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, set up and configure hardware and software, and maintain computer systems and networks.


Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and macOS
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
