Job Description

Job Title: Mobile Device Helpdesk Specialist

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (6 Saint Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21202)
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wireless accounts, including device activations, data plan changes, and user acknowledgment forms.
  • Set up new user accounts and configure email, calendar, and contact systems.
  • Maintain databases, inventories, and audits for wireless devices and accessories.
  • Process and distribute wireless invoicing and usage summaries for end users.
  • Reconcile outstanding invoice processing issues and review User Acknowledgement forms.
  • Coordinate with leadership and vendors for product reviews, rate plans, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical assistance for wireless equipment and troubleshoot issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience with Android/iOS, MDM, Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Cisco VPN, and asset management.
  • Experience with service desk software and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and troubleshooting Microsoft hardware/software.
