Title: Help Desk Lead (providing support on SAP SCM)

Seeking a Help Desk lead. Will provide support on SAP SCM (Suppy Chain Management)
1. Resolving L1, L2 and L3 tickets raised by client in SAP SCM/SPP space
2. Performing Config changes, bug fixes, testing documentation and deployment
3. Leading client conversation
4. Handling escalations
5. Managing the team
