Kafka Middleware Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proficient TIBCO EMS & Kafka Support Engineer to join our Middleware team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Kafka and experience in providing advanced support and maintenance for messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Handle support for TIBCO EMS, Kafka, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.

System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain TIBCO EMS and Kafka servers, perform patch management, upgrades, and configuration changes.

Incident Management: Respond to incident tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with support teams and stakeholders.

Performance Tuning: Analyze performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct capacity planning.

Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions for support teams
