Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
6 to 8 years of work experience in a similar role, or
10 to 12 years of progressive information systems experience, with 6 to 8 years as a Collaboration Administrator or in an equivalent role.
Technical Expertise: A deep technical understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is critical.
Security & Compliance: Must have a strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for managing M365 platforms.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are essential, as this position requires working with various business stakeholders, providing training, and offering ongoing support.
Top 3 Skills Required:
Power Platforms Ecosystem: Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft’s Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and their governance.
Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly in the context of SharePoint and collaboration tools.
Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide training, support, and ongoing platform management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365 Administration.
