Network Maintenance: Maintain and administer the computer networks, hardware, software, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Disaster Recovery: Develop, implement, and manage disaster recovery operations to ensure data integrity and system continuity.
Security Management: Protect data, software, and hardware from unauthorized access, attacks, and other security threats.
User Support: Work closely with network users to identify potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely technical support.
Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize speed and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
Collaboration: Collaborate with IT staff and management to assess network needs and implement necessary improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and knowledge of network security protocols.
