Network Design and Architecture: Develop, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network infrastructures for enterprise clients, with a focus on high availability, redundancy, and security.
Palo Alto Firewall Management: Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls and security solutions to ensure robust network security and meet compliance standards.
Network Troubleshooting and Optimization: Perform troubleshooting to identify network issues and ensure the stability, efficiency, and performance of network systems.
Security Protocol Implementation: Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices, including VPNs, firewall policies, and network segmentation.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems with various applications, platforms, and operational workflows.
Requirements:
Palo Alto Certification: Required; must be able to demonstrate expertise in Palo Alto network security solutions (No Exceptions).
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of network engineering experience, specifically with U.S.-based enterprise clients.
Proven experience with network security protocols, VPNs, firewall management, and traffic analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Palo Alto firewall management and configuration.
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting for network management.
Eligibility to Convert: Must be able to convert to a permanent role without current or future sponsorship requirements.
