  2. What is the largest switch/router refresh project you’ve managed, and how many devices were involved?
  3. How do you typically prepare for a switch refresh, and what steps do you take to minimize downtime during cutovers?
  4. Can you explain a challenging scenario where you had to configure OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) in a switch refresh? How did you address any issues?
  5. Tell us about your experience working with Spanning Tree Protocol (STP). How do you ensure it’s configured correctly during switch replacements to prevent network loops?
  6. What is your approach to troubleshooting issues that arise during the cutover phase? Can you provide a time where you solved a technical problem under a time constraint?
  7. Have you worked in a role with a similar on/off night shift schedule? How do you handle the physical and mental demands of working alternating night shifts?
