Title: Tier 3 Engineer (CCIE)
We are currently seeking a Tier 3 Engineer (CCIE) to join our team. As a Tier 3 Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, provisioning, deployment, configuration, and administration of Lab network hardware and software. You will also act as a subject matter expert in Lab 5G Network projects and support and diagnose technical issues involving cell site routers, on Prem devices, and AWS.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, provisioning, deployment, configuration, and administration of Lab network hardware and software.
- Create, revise, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Lab network infrastructure.
- Act as subject matter expert in Lab 5G Network projects.
- Support and diagnose technical issues involving cell site routers, on Prem devices, and AWS.
- Lead activities in the 5G ORAN Lab network, taking ownership of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and foster innovation.
- Define and execute test plans for the 5G ORAN Lab network, ensuring thorough testing of components and functionalities to guarantee optimal performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Wireless Network Engineering, integrators and vendors to maintain upgrades, installations, and planning alongside exploration of new features and innovative solutions.
- Upgrading network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Manage the SDNC-INT monitoring tool.
- Oversee technical delivery, assessing and continually improving output and ensuring processes are developed and adhered to drive operational excellence.
Essential Skills & Expertise:
- CCIE certification
- Strong experience with AWS
- Proven expertise in network hardware and software provisioning, deployment, and administration
