Title: Network Deskside Field Services
Job Requirements:
• Strong experience with network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Expertise in deskside support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and A/V setup.
• Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols for offshore environments.
Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and LAN equipment.
• Troubleshoot network issues, configure routing/switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, etc.), and maintain network security (firewalls, VPN).
• Install and maintain A/V equipment; provide meeting support for conference rooms.
• Offer network support, troubleshooting connectivity and device issues.
Certifications:
• Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
• HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
