Network Operations Engineer
- Key Responsibilities:
Tier 2/3 escalation support for Tier 1 help desk staff.
Troubleshoot network/wireless issues, including Aruba and Cisco systems.
Manage BGP configuration, GlobalProtect VPN troubleshooting, and RMAs.
Collaborate with vendor TAC and document resolutions.
- Qualifications:
5 years’ experience with Aruba and Cisco networking.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Palo Alto firewalls, CCNA/CCNP, ClearPass, and Airwave.
