OVERVIEW

Our client is looking to hire an Oracle HCM Solution Architect (Techno-functional) for a long-term CTH position, the role is a functional solution architect/technical lead position based in NYC, requiring 3-4 days onsite at 125 Park Ave. The focus is on leading Oracle HCM implementation, supplementing the existing team's skillset, and centralizing global HR systems under Oracle HCM. The candidate needs to develop a comprehensive roadmap, manage migrations, and provide technical guidance to the team. The role demands expertise in Oracle HCM modules, particularly Core HCM, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation, along with proven experience in global implementations and integration. The current HCM team consists of five members, and the initiative involves decommissioning other HR systems globally.

Oracle HCM  Technical Lead (Techno-Functional) / Solution Architect

- We need someone who is an expert in Oracle HCM and have completed one or more such implementations.
- And has a wider breadth of functional & technical implementation knowledge across various HCM subject areas
- Like Core HR, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Learning & Development, Oracle Recruiting Cloud etc.
- The initiative is to bring our international entities and acquisitions on to the centralized Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation.
- Decommission all the other satellite implementations of various HR systems in those locations.

 

 

Reporting to Head of Enterprise Architecture

  • This person will be a functional solution architect/technical lead – This is a techno/functional role.
  • Onsite in NYC- at least 3 days, sometimes 4 days/wk – 125 Park Ave
  • Contract to hire
  • Interview process – 3 rounds

 

  • Oracle HCM implementation done by - parent company – they’ve been depending on the parent company, looking to supplement with their team
  • Client growing globally, and the goal is to Centralize everything in Oracle HCM- work with shared services.
  • This person needs to create a strong roadmap to cover the global needs and handle Migrations
  • Need to be technical enough to guide the teams, help with data extracting when needed.
  • 5 people on the HCM team now
  • Work closely w/ HR architecture
  • They are on the cloud version
  • Need someone with wide range of Oracle HCM modules experience: Core HCM, Oracle recruiting cloud, comp, talent management, learning & development
    • Most important: Core HCM performance, recruiting cloud, and Comp

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive global roadmap for Oracle HCM implementation
  • Lead functional design and configuration of Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules
  • Collaborate closely with HR architecture and technical teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with existing systems

Who we need:

  • We need someone who is an expert in Oracle HCM and have completed one or more such implementations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years experience in Oracle HCM implementations
  • Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules
  • Proven technical skills in Oracle HCM architecture and integration
  • Experience creating enterprise-level solution roadmaps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Global implementation experience preferred
