UPDATE – We got 2 consultant interviewed for our role here and they got rejected on below feedbacks –

In regard to 1^st consultant:

She worked on data delivery from reporting side and doesn’t know to handle for web apps. It will not work with her

Plz share more CVs excluding candidates on reporting and informatica

In regard to 2^nd consultant:

I mentioned a few times , We don’t want to screen candidates in reporting background. Please filter them out in your screening. They will not fit this role. 

Looking at Ayush LinkedIn ;  Apex and Reports are seeming to be the primary skill

Oracle Developer

We have also attached a Questionnaire,  we need the potential candidates to respond to with THEIR OWN  PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, NOT ANSWERS FROM CHAT BOT.

Client WILL NOT ACCEPT CANDIDATES WITH ANY MORE THAN 10 YEARS EXP.

• Candidates MUST be able to handle full backend custom  application Development and Break-Fix
• We do not want anyone who has just worked in an EBS environment with Modules
• Candidates who have significant amounts of ETL and REPORTS experience will not be considered
• They should also have exp with Python coding

Oracle Developer

Must have Skill Set
· Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 10 years of working experience in total
· Strong PL/SQL Development Skills
· Proficient in database development utilizing partitions, dbms jobs, packages, procedures, function and Oracle user defined types
· Strong SQL and PL/SQL tuning skills
· Data analysis skills to debug, trace, and fix performance problems

Preferred Skill Sets
· Familiarity with Oracle Exadata
· Familiarity with SingleStore/ Mysql is a big plus
· Experience with Python, exposure to DB connect libs and others like requests, json, pandas etc
· Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
· Not a must but Oil and Gas Industry experience , will be a strong preference
· Good written and oral communication skills
