Oracle BRM Support Engineer (Onsite)
**Location:** Miami, FL or Dallas, TX (Local candidates only)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Support Engineer** to join our team in a Onsite role, working in either Miami, FL or Dallas, TX. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- **Experience:** 5+ years of hands-on experience providing support and troubleshooting for Oracle BRM systems, including managing complex issues and resolving them efficiently.
- **Technical Skills:** Strong expertise in Oracle BRM configuration, data integrity, security practices, and compliance requirements.
- **Incident Management:** Proven ability to manage high-priority incidents in a 24x7 operational environment.
- **Problem-Solving & Optimization:** Skilled in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and system optimization techniques.
- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams (including offshore teams).
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
- **Oracle BRM Certification:** Experience or certification in Oracle BRM would be an added advantage.
- **Knowledge of Cloud Technologies:** Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) in relation to Oracle BRM deployment and optimization.
- **Knowledge of Telecom Billing Systems:** Familiarity with telecom billing systems and how Oracle BRM fits within telecom revenue management processes.
