PeopleSoft HCM Analyst
On site at least first two months, possibly hybrid thereafter.
Live Scan Fingerprint must be completed at a local Sherriff's Department before onboarding.
Responsibilities
1. Designing, implementing, maintaining, testing, supporting HCM new and legacy applications
involving new features and functionality from functional requirements.
2. Developing and maintaining applications and modules related to Payroll, Time and Labor,
Benefits, Benefits Administration, ePerformance and Talent Acquisition Management and
Candidate Gateway modules.
3. Database design in Oracle, SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries
4. Developing new and maintaining existing Database ETL processes and reports.
Must have:
Five+ years’ experience using HCM, PeopleSoft, JavaScript libraries, SQL, SQR
Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc.
Advanced PeopleCode experience.
Experience with COBOL, Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS.
Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.
Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones.
Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database.
