Key Responsibilities * **Product Vision and Roadmap**
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to define product vision, goals, and requirements
• Partner with customer experience and Project Management to develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and projects based on business needs and customer feedback • Ensure alignment with overall IT and business strategies
• Ensure requirements are aligned with business needs and customer expectations • * **Technical Leadership**
• Work closely with the Delivery IT team to design, develop, and deploy platform enhancements • Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of platform features • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to define and maintain clear lines of roles and responsibilities. * **Stakeholder Management**
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including executive leadership, customer experience team members, and delivery teams
• Communicate product vision, progress, and plans to stakeholders
• Ensure effective issue resolution and risk management * **Testing and Quality Assurance** • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive testing of platform features
• Ensure SLC processes are followed diligently and SLC documents created in line with standards * **Metrics and Analytics**
• Track key platform metrics (KPIs), such as website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates
• Analyze data to inform product decisions, optimize platform performance, and improve customer experience • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders * **Change Management**
• Partner with Delivery IT to develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth deployment of platform enhancements
• Collaborate with the Delivery IT team to ensure effective communication and training for end-users and support teams

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + MBA or related advanced degree a plus
10+ years of experience in a technical product management role + Experience in the Life Sciences industry, preferably in a global organization + Proven track record of launching successful products and features
Skills
Strong software development process background + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with web CMS and web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Certifications** + PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus
Nice to Have -Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
