Job Title - Project Manager Senior - Call Center Technology
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in project management within State or Government environments, with a focus on Call Center Technology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation through completion.
- Expertise in Nice and CXone (or "CX one") platforms, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- PMP certification strongly preferred; master’s degree in relevant field is also highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
