Job Title - Project Manager Senior - Call Center Technology


  • 11+ years of experience in project management within State or Government environments, with a focus on Call Center Technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation through completion.
  • Expertise in Nice and CXone (or "CX one") platforms, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; master’s degree in relevant field is also highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
