Job Description



  • SAP Payroll Implementation.
  • Provide overall project management support with the objective to enhance project execution.
  • Be a key collaborator to Project Owner and Leads
  • Ensure PMO processes / playbook and ways of working established by the project are followed during the project lifecycle
  • Promptly escalate issues and critical risks to project leadership
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate key dependencies and decisions with other project managers under the program and ensure these items are visible to project leadership
  • Ability to generate and communicate project updates internally and externally as required
  • Monitor/Manage project financials and report to project leadership accordingly

Required Skills:

PMP Certified

  • 10+ Years Experience Managing Complex Implementations
  • Strong Experience with Business and Technical Requirement Development & Management
  • Strong Experience with Process Workflow Design
  • Strong Experience with Use Case and Test Script Design
  • Strong Experience Managing Waterfall Projects
  • Strong Experience using MS Project
  • Preferred strong experience managing ERP/SAP related implementations
  • Experience with SAP/ERP Integrations/Implementation
  • Experience with Payroll Implementations (and/or) Payroll Policies/Processes
  • Oil/Gas Experience is Nice to Have
