Must Haves:
* 4-yr degree (Human Resource, Business Administration, Health Services, Nursing or Related
* 5+ yrs of Program design and development
* Prior work within Medium to Large (1000+ headcount) Public Company
* 3+ yrs Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
* Strong knowledge of workers' compensation procedures, policies, guidelines, return to work policies, disability management, American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable federal and state laws pertaining to disabilities
