Job title - Project Manager Senior - Call Center Technology
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in state or government projects.
- Proven experience managing call center technology projects.
- Strong familiarity with NICE and CXone (or CX one) technologies, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Education:
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the State of Rhode Island or similar government entities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
