Job Description

Job title - Project Manager Senior - Call Center Technology

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in state or government projects.
    • Proven experience managing call center technology projects.
    • Strong familiarity with NICE and CXone (or CX one) technologies, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Education:
    • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
    • Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the State of Rhode Island or similar government entities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
