PROJECT MANAGER (Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in team, project, and decision-making management within a technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a secondary/high school qualification with relevant technical qualifications and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex tasks and provide technical support and advice to team members.
• Escalate operational issues following the company’s technical escalation process.
• Monitor adherence to technical and quality standards, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Effectively plan, schedule, and allocate resources to optimize team performance.
• Deliver cost-effective, high-quality services aligned with contractual obligations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review team performance and identify resource needs.
• Communicate relevant information and updates to the team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance work methods.
• Liaise with key customers and colleagues, offering technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Maintain and report statistical data to management, field staff, and customers.
