Job Title : Project Manager
Job Description :
Work on projects ranging from small to large sized. The Project Manager will need to create project plans that are updated weekly, and addressing all details necessary for the coordination of the vendor activities and CLIENT IT until final project close-out including:
· Project Initiation
· End User Interviews
· LVC coordination
· Assembling Equipment requirements / lists
· Network Implementation
· Migration of wireless devices
· Audio Visual
· Applications
· All associated hardware and software testing
o Manage the project milestones, roles and responsibilities, detailed activities, and deliverables
o Meet with the project team to review the project scope, schedule, and budget
o Meet with the project team and end users to review and document the existing and future hardware and software technology requirements
o Meet with the project team to identify other technology & low voltage cabling vendor requirements, i.e., security, nurse call, cable TV, etc.
o Meet with multiple vendors for equipment installations
o Meet with the project team to attend walkthroughs and surveys
o Meet with the project team to document and communicate on any project related decisions, changes, and updates
o Attend weekly construction meetings as needed to manage scope and deliverables of overall project
o Coordinate among General Contractor, LVC contractor, and CLIENT LVC Design team
