Product Manager - CICD Systems
Must :-Â Proven experience in leading CICD product management, with expertise in cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CICD tools, DevOps practices, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CICD product roadmap and lead modernization efforts to align with organizational goals.
- Spearhead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across CICD practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to prioritize and implement both short-term operational needs and long-term improvements.
- Oversee the development of automated deployment pipelines for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Foster close collaboration between development and operations teams for streamlined integration and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our practices cutting-edge.
- Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance are embedded throughout the CICD process.
- Represent the CICD team to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for CICD systems, DevOps, or related technical domains.
- Strong technical expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Deep understanding of CICD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and building deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in DevOps practices like automation, orchestration, and continuous monitoring.
- Familiarity with integrating security and compliance into CICD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) with proficiency in tools like Jira or Trello.
- Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale modernization projects, including transitioning legacy systems to IaC.
- Knowledge of API integration and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Financial services experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
