Description:
Conceptualizes, designs and delivers testing policies through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology
Reviews the architecture and designs deliverables ; Provides SME support as and when required
Mentors and develops team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivered risks are mitigated
Ensures that processes, deliverables, and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities
Focuses on products, processes, service management, and optimization
Aware of the latest in the industry and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements
Gathers specifications and delivers solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
Involved in client discussions and can also work as a pre sales expert helping build effective solutions to RFIs’, RFPs', and proactive bids
Accountable for overall direction of highly complex operations, functions, or projects which may contain significant ambiguity and risk
Pulls together appropriate internal expertise and resources across the business to meet clients' needs
Operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability acting as a role models to others
Achieves financial results, secures cost and efficiency savings
Independently leads mid to large-sized testing teams and should have prior experience of in a leadership role
