(2) Test Development Engineer

The qualified candidates need to possess at least 3+ years (recent) testing PCBAs (printed circuit board assemblies).  So, they must come from an electronics testing background.  Would be a huge plus if the candidates possess some type of programming expertise (preferably in C# but will consider someone with C++). 

You need to look for Test Development Engineers or Test Engineers, on the hardware side / not the software side, that can test Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). This is what you should be using for your search.

Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled PCB Electronics In-Circuit Test Engineer with expertise in ISO 9001 standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining in-circuit test strategies to ensure the reliability and quality of our electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Circuit Testing Development:

Design and develop in-circuit test strategies and fixtures for PCB assemblies.

Create and maintain test plans, specifications, and documentation.

Collaborate with design engineers to identify test requirements and improve testability.
