Job Title - Tricentis/Tosca QTest Test Automation Architect

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education:
   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

   • 15+ years in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
   • 12+ years of test automation experience, focused on Tricentis Tosca.
   • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Tosca-based automation frameworks.
   • Agile/Scrum experience is mandatory.

3. Certification:

   • Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is mandatory.

4. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in programming languages used for test automation such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.
   • Experience with integrating Tosca with Test Management and CI/CD tools.

5. Soft Skills:

   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Leadership abilities with experience mentoring teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development teams and methodologies.
