Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Description

The Client has an immediate need for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the Health Care industry.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Knowledge Cloud applications based on client needs.
  • Execute declarative and custom application configurations.
  • Create Knowledge users, profiles, and permissions.
  • Provide insights into care coordination.
  • Coordinate and assist offshore team as needed.
  • Design and build per specifications for different personas using the app.
  • Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
  • Responsible for developing new features, maintenance, and enhancements of existing functionality.
  • Responsible for test automation of new features, maintenance, and enhancements of existing functionality.
  • Foster and maintain best practices and coding standards.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement Einstein Analytics.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Eight plus years' experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation, integration, and enhancement projects.
  • Experience in standing up a Salesforce instance from scratch.
  • Experience in creating and migrating packages from an existing org to a new one.
  • Experience working with Onshore-offshore model.
  • 3 years of experience in performing Salesforce test automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate with the Service Cloud and Knowledge Cloud object model through integrations.
  • Capable of designing specific functionality around Service Cloud and Knowledge Cloud.
  • Experience integrating business processes across systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, XML, REST, Microservices, FHIR, HL7 etc.
  • Development of custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, and dashboards.
  • Integration experience with other Salesforce applications and external systems.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining validation rules and custom workflows.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
  • Experience using Lightning App Builder, Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using FSL and Scheduling components.
  • Experience with SFDC basics - Apex, Visual Force, triggers, objects, security model, etc.
  • Demonstrated expertise on architecture best practices, design patterns and design trade-offs on internet and cloud-based platforms.

Good to have

  • Minimum three years of experience within the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Einstein platform - Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, particularly in light of our initiative to replace the current search engine with Einstein.
