Salesforce Developer

We seek to fill a Senior Salesforce Developer role with the OAG - Office of the Attorney General in the DC Government.

The ideal candidate has 16+ years of experience, 11+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience, 11+ years of BA experience, and 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Platform as a developer. A Salesforce Developer Certification

Position Responsibilities:

1. Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements Salesforce applications.
2. Troubleshoot production problems related to Salesforce applications.
3. Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and integration of new products based on client requirements.
4. Designs and develops new software products or significant enhancements to existing software.
5. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
6. Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
7. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
8. Assists in evaluating and recommending application software packages, application integration, and testing tools.
9. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
10. Acts as team leader on projects.
11. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on the development team.
12. Participates in the development of software user manuals.
