Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team for a 4-month contract opportunity in New York City. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, specifically in Sales Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This position requires on-site work in NYC for 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Sales Cloud: Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud applications according to the needs of the organization.
- Apex Programming: Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, Lightning components (Aura and LWC), and other customization in Salesforce.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC): Build responsive and scalable Lightning Web Components and other front-end features to enhance the Salesforce platform's capabilities.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems as needed.
- Best Practices: Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainable code.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues and bugs to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and customization.
- Familiarity with integration and data migration tools such as Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and Data Loader.
- Ability to develop complex workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
